Delivery
We are thrilled to offer both UK and International delivery - ensuring you can enjoy our beautiful jewellery, watch and bag offerings no matter where you are in the world!
If you are UK based, we offer Next Day Delivery and will aim to dispatch your item same-day, providing it is in-stock and the order has been placed before 2pm.
You can also place your order and collect from our Eastleigh store via our ‘Click & Collect’ option. Check availability on the product page before you place your order.
Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following returns policy:
Although we are confident that you'll love your item, on the rare occasion that you're not completely in love with it, we'll happily offer you an exchange, store credit or full refund.
Unfortunately, we're not able to accept returns if they have been made especially for you or ordered to your specific requirements e.g. bespoke designs, engraved items. Nor are we able to accept returns of the following for hygiene reasons: earrings/other pierced jewellery; cleaning products of which the tamper seal has been broken.
To return your unused item, please follow the instructions and return to us in the original packaging and condition, within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange/store credit.

Package the item securely, including your proof of purchase and the completed returns form.
Post your item to the following address via trackable & insured service - we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery:

In Store:
Call into your nearest store and we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
If you believe your item may be faulty, please let us know as soon as you can via enquiries@davidmellorjewellers.co.uk and proceed to follow the returns procedure as above. We will assess the goods upon receipt and liaise with you to come to a solution that you're happy with.
Please note, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for items that have been damaged due to neglect, misuse or accidental damage.
Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be applied to the original card that was used to place the order.
Cancellations
If you’ve changed your mind…
In keeping with Consumer Contract Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order, any time from placing the order until 14 days after receiving of the goods.
If the item has already been dispatched prior to cancellation, please return the goods to us and we will then refund the price you paid, alongside the Standard Delivery charge. Should you have paid additional for Special Delivery, this charge is not able to be refunded.
