— We have our very own in-house jewellery workshop, situated at our Eastleigh store. You can book your repairs into any of our branches and they will be hand-delivered to our workshop to ensure peace of mind and non-reliance on the postal service.

— We carry out all manner of repairs, alterations, restorations, remodels, remakes, pearl/bead restringing and bespoke/custom manufactures. With an in-house design service, we can help make your dream jewellery a reality!

From your trusty day-to-day, all the way to your investment piece, we cater to all brands of watches so whether it’s your Timex or your Rolex, DMJ is your stop!

— Our skilled in-store team can offer same-day watch batteries, watch strap replacements, watch bracelet alterations/link removal, digital watch setting, refitting the caseback.

— The repair service caters to a wide range of jobs, including but not limited to: replacement glass, reapplication of hands/batons, replacement crowns, refurbishing the case/bracelet, dial restoration, quartz and mechanical/automatic movement servicing.  

— For luxury brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Breitling and other Swiss brands/dive watches, we use expert horologists for servicing, repairs, and battery replacements with a pressure-testing service. — We are also a SWATCH Group Service Centre, so you’re welcome to visit us and we can send your watch to Swatch on your behalf

We offer all methods of engraving, from traditional hand techniques to modern computerised processes.

— Hand Engraving via a specialist hand engraver

—Laser Engraving - carried out in-house and we can engrave text, logos, fingerprints, photos and much more!

— Traditional Seal Engraving (reversed for stamping and supplied with presentation wax seal)

— ‘For Show’ Seal Engraving (not deep enough for stamping and un-reversed)

—Stone Seal Engraving (the stone must be in a ‘new’ condition)

We use the ‘Inverness Piercing System’ which is one of the worlds most safe and gentle piercing systems. Using a hand-pressured instrument instead of a needle or trigger style machines, the process is gentle, piercing with sterile, pre-sealed and hypoallergenic earrings.

There’s no need to book an appointment but you may wish to call your local DMJ branch ahead of your visit to ensure we can pierce on that day.

Prices start from just £35 which includes the cost of your earrings and a bottle aftercare solution. The piercing process is free of charge when you purchase the specialist earrings.

If you’d like to know how much money you could get for your selling your jewellery, please just pop into your nearest DMJ store with your items and a member of our friendly team will be glad to assist you.

There’s no need to sort through your items, we will sift through everything, itemise them into metals/carats and provide you with a ‘best in town’ offer.

Many Insurance companies stipulate that you should have your jewellery and watches valued for insurance purposes every 2-3 years and that this valuation is carried out by a registered valuer.

We have a Valuer who is a member and fellow of The Institute of Registered Valuers that visits us on a monthly basis to carry out our clients valuations. All items are hand-delivered to the location at which the valuations are carried out and are fully insured whilst in our care.

If you would like to book your items in for Valuation or would like pricing information, please visit your nearest DMJ store, or give us a call on 01264 356164 and a member of the team will be able to assist. 

Please note, if you have any diamond/gemstone certifications that accompany your jewellery, these should also be provided when booking your items into us. 

It is also essential that your items are in a wearable condition and not suffering from severe signs of wear or damage.

— Insurance Letters - we can provide ‘Estimates to Repair/Replace’ should your items suffer from damage or loss

— Valuations for Purpose of Probate or Separation - we offer Probate/Separation Certificates for items requiring a realistic instant cash value for the purpose of probate or in instances where the estate needs to be separated ie divorce.

— Ring Removal - we can cut your rings off on-site in a quick and painless process that also keeps damage to your ring very minimal. No need to book - just pop in and we can remove your ring comfortably and calmly.

— Complimentary Cleaning - we’re all about paying kindness forward and that’s why we offer a free of charge ring/jewellery clean in-store.
