Simply choose the finance option at checkout when purchasing online, or speak to a member of our team when shopping in one of our stores.
Your application will be completed securely with Novuna Personal Finance. Once approved, you will be asked to review and sign your finance agreement before your order can proceed.

Important Information About Finance Orders
Goods purchased using finance must be delivered to the current home address shown on your finance application.
Finance orders are not currently available for Click & Collect.
Your first repayment will normally be due one month after your goods have been delivered. Full details of your payment schedule will be included in your finance agreement.
How to Apply for Finance Online
- Add the products you would like to purchase to your basket.
- Proceed through checkout and select the available finance option.
- Complete the secure online finance application with Novuna Personal Finance.
- Novuna will assess your application and provide a decision.
- If approved, review and electronically sign your finance agreement.
- Once the required checks are complete, we can proceed with your order.
- Your goods will be delivered to the address shown on your finance application.
Finance FAQs
Who are Novuna Personal Finance?
Novuna Personal Finance provides retail finance to customers throughout the UK and is a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC.
Who is eligible to apply for finance?
To apply for finance, you must be aged 18 or over and have been a UK resident for at least 12 months.
Applicants must meet Novuna Personal Finance's eligibility criteria and all applications are subject to status and affordability.
How long does a finance application take?
The application process normally takes only a few minutes. Many finance decisions are provided within seconds, although some applications may be referred to Novuna's underwriting team for further review or information.
What happens once my application is approved?
If your application is approved, you will be given the opportunity to electronically sign your finance agreement. Please read the agreement carefully and check that all of the details are correct before accepting it.
Once the agreement and any required checks have been completed, David Mellor Family Jewellers will be notified and your order can proceed.
When do my repayments start?
Your monthly repayments will normally begin one month after your goods have been delivered. Your finance agreement will confirm your exact repayment dates and amounts.
Can I change my payment date?
Yes. Once you have received your welcome documents, you can contact Novuna Personal Finance to discuss changing your payment date.
Can I make additional payments?
Yes. You can make additional payments towards your finance agreement at any time without charge.
Can I change my Direct Debit details?
Yes. Please contact Novuna Personal Finance Customer Services on 0344 375 5500 to discuss changing your Direct Debit details.
How can I view my outstanding balance?
You can manage your Novuna Personal Finance account and view your balance online through the Novuna customer portal.
Will I be credit checked?
Yes. Novuna Personal Finance uses credit scoring when assessing finance applications. This may include information supplied on your application together with information obtained from credit reference agencies.
What happens if my finance application is declined?
Novuna considers a number of factors when assessing an application, including your credit score, existing financial commitments, identity checks and information held by credit reference agencies.
A declined application does not necessarily mean that a future application will also be unsuccessful. Novuna recommends leaving at least six months before applying again.
Are there any arrangement fees or hidden extras?
No. There are no arrangement fees or hidden extras for standard credit agreements. The complete cost of your finance will be shown clearly within your finance agreement before you sign it.
Can my order be delivered to another address?
No. For security and fraud prevention purposes, goods purchased using finance can only be delivered to the current home address of the finance applicant.
Can I use Click & Collect when paying by finance?
Finance orders are not currently available for Click & Collect.
