At David Mellor Jewellers, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely. We offer UK and international delivery, as well as complimentary Click & Collect from our showrooms in Eastleigh, Andover and Totton.
UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery — £5
Standard delivery is £5 for orders under £75.
Free Standard UK Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery is available on all UK orders over £75.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for approximately £15, subject to current Royal Mail pricing and availability.
Free Click & Collect
Collect your order free of charge from any David Mellor Jewellers showroom in Eastleigh, Andover or Totton.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders on the same working day when placed before our 1pm cut-off time.
Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that Next Day Delivery refers to the delivery service selected and does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders requiring additional processing or security checks may take longer to dispatch.
UK Delivery Times
Standard UK orders will usually arrive within 1–3 working days following dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, Bank Holidays and adverse weather.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery to selected destinations.
International orders will usually arrive within 5–10 working days following dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Available international delivery services and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other local charges when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
David Mellor Jewellers has no control over these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.
We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing an order if you are unsure about the charges that may apply.
High-Value Orders
For the security of our customers, some higher-value purchases may require additional verification before they can be dispatched.
These checks help protect both you and David Mellor Jewellers against fraudulent transactions and may occasionally delay dispatch by one working day.
We may contact you if we require any additional information before releasing your order.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Depending on the value of your order and the delivery service used, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery information supplied when placing your order is complete and accurate.
Packaging
All items are presented in appropriate gift packaging unless otherwise specified.
Orders are securely and discreetly packaged for transit to help protect both the item and its contents.
Gift receipts and removal of pricing are available on request where applicable.

We'll email you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you have received your collection confirmation before travelling to the showroom.
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and valid photographic ID. For security purposes, we may require additional identification for higher-value purchases.
